Story
You steal an experimental aircraft from the government and travel through time to discover that those from the future are travelling to the past to rule and oppress our founding civilzations. You ship is capable of tearing through dimensions and salvaging the hidden energy that lies within ordinary objects.
Proposed Features

Fly through the levels, nearly colliding into the environment.

The closer a player is to the object, the more speed is gained.

'Collided' objects grant one of three types of energy.

Colliding with the same type of energy consecutively unlocks abilities and power-ups.

Exceeding the maximum speed will destroy all of the environment on screen for a time.
